LeadSource AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the LeadSource AI platform at leadsourceai.org. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web application and related services. By using LeadSource AI, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely via Supabase Auth). If you set up a business profile, we also collect your company name, industry, and business details.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, search queries within the Prospector tool, and email campaign analytics (open rates, click rates).
Lead Data: When you save prospects from our Prospector tool, that data (names, titles, companies, publicly available contact info sourced from Apollo.io) is stored in your account.
Payment Information: Payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or bank details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data per their own privacy policy.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the LeadSource AI platform; process your transactions and manage your subscription; send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts); improve our services and develop new features; provide customer support; and comply with legal obligations.
We integrate with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Supabase (authentication and database hosting), Stripe (payment processing), Apollo.io (prospect data), Resend (transactional email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, row-level security policies on our database, and secure API key management. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons.

LeadSource AI is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.
